Also download the Move_Sleep_Speak file here
Save the downloaded Sleep_Wake_Movement file into the Documents>Ohbot>Multiblocks folder
In the Ohbot or Picoh app select File and 'Open Ohbiverse Download' to open the Receptionist3 file.
If you don't have a physical world Ohbot/Picoh you can see the code output on the Ohbot simulation in the app.

Modify the code as much as you like.
